Jay Pocklington

Jay Pocklington is the manager of the Institute for New Economic Thinking’s Young Scholars Initiative program.

Jay joined the Institute after helping to organize the YSI Commons program at the 2012 Plenary Conference in Berlin. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Free University in Berlin and is currently pursuing his master’s degree. Pocklington was a teaching and research assistant at the Free University and served as a student representative on the school’s Department Council.
